Intern Student For Sales Administration/ Management Department

You will be based in the Sales and Marketing Department to provide support to Sales Management (Sales Administration) for the department.
JOB TASK:


-To assist in coordinating with sales management staff and Sales and Marketing department to check, process and complete sales documents and agreements.


-To assist in finding and compile related information for the monthly reports such as Summary Research on Nearby Competitors and New Launches reports


-Provide administrative support (e.g., data entry, issue reminder letters and notice to purchaser's, liaise with solicitors and real estate agents through emails and phone, scanning, printing, filing etc)


-Assists superior on document preparation for signing (Sale and Purchase agreement, Tenancy agreement etc)


-Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCES:


-Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Administration/Management/Marketing/ Real Estate or any other related field.


-Candidate with good soft skill, Communication Skill and Time Management Skill will be an added advantage.
Computer literacy and MS Office knowledge is an advantage too.
