Job DescriptionResearch & Generate LeadsConduct research and analysis on qualified leads and clients to identify business opportunities.
Generate leads through cold-calling, management of website-generated leads, and setting appointments with strategic decision makers.
Assist in the market positioning of the company's area of services based on intensive market and competitor research.Secure Business & Achieve Sales TargetsDeliver impactful presentations to stakeholders of prospective clients.
Strategically position, develop, and propose solutions into meaningful conversations with prospective clients.
Develop and customize proposals to meet prospect needs and requirements.
Build relationships with stakeholders, especially high-level decision makers (HODs & C-suite Managers).
Follow up and negotiate with prospects to secure business.
Manage sales pipeline to achieve assigned sales targets.Account ManagementBuild, maintain, and nurture client relationships throughout the business development process to grow more business with those clients.
Collaborate with the company's project delivery team to maintain client satisfaction throughout the project delivery process.
Track and update everyday business development activities into the company's internal systems.Job RequirementsRequired Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Business Management related field.
Minimum 1-year experience in B2B business development or account management roles.
Experience in management consulting or organizational development industries will be an advantage.

Confident, sociable, and persuasive when pitching ideas.
