Business Development Executive (Aesthetic Industry)

? Responsible for identifying prospects, market opportunities, generate leads
and promote company products to beauty and medical aesthetic
professionals, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, beauty and wellness related
markets
? Achieving sales target set by the company management in your assigned
market segment and territory
? Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
? Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the
business as a whole
? Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to
their problems
? Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential client
? Providing feedback and collect field intelligence that could lead to a
competitive advantage
? Organising and supporting sales and marketing activities such as trade
shows, workshops and seminars to generate leads

; Requirements:- ? A minimum 3 years of experience in beauty and/or medical aesthetic market
? Demonstrate strong ability to coordinate and manage relationships with
customers and internal group
? Strong sales skills for generating leads
? Good presentation and persuasive skills
? Self-driven, resourceful, high integrity and independent
? Good network and market knowledge in aesthetic and/or medical aesthetic
industry is a must
