Business Development Executive (BMS/Building Automation/HVAC/Electronic Controls/Energy Management)This job is for a Business Development Executive in the BMS/Building Automation/HVAC field. Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE:
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Responsibilities:
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Develop specific targeted leads.
Perform all sales and marketing related functions independently.
Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
Build strong rapport with Consultants, M&E Contractors, End Clients, and others. Handle B2B and C2G portfolios.
Work closely with Marketing to customize presentations, marketing materials, and specific client or project required documents. Provide feedback on any improvements needed.
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Assist on projects where necessary.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned, communicated via emails, memos, letters, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other readable methods.
Job RequirementsAt least 5 years' experience in HVAC/CONTROLS/ELECTRONICS/BMS (or similar industry function/knowledge).
Degree/Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering.
MUST be able to travel locally and regionally and work long hours (After Office Hours) - subject to requirements.
Pleasant, smart, and professional appearance.
Able to manage, deal, and socialize with all levels of Clients, from Junior Executives to Senior Management (up to CEO/MD level).
Strong and tactful negotiation skills.
Proficient in presentation skills and calculations.
Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
Strategic planner with innovative problem-solving skills.
