Business Development Executive (electric vehicle (EV) or automotive industry)Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within theelectric vehicle (EV)market.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners.
Develop and implement effective strategies for market entry and growth in the EV sector.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the electric vehicle industry.
Assist the Sales/Marketing in working Trade Shows and follow-up of leads.
Provide sales and engineering information on competitive products and companies in markets where SBT's focus and emphasis is being directed.
Report on account status of business volume trends, including RFQs, quotes and booked volume, engineering and manufacturing capability requirements, and other significant business developments that may influence continued success with those customers.
Through efficient territorial and time management, establish contacts with customers and prospects, promote sales and communicate results where SBT's capabilities can develop and provide product or service applications.
Work with prospects and customers to fully define requirements and specifications of RFQs for the quoting process.
Be involved in ongoing communication and technical support of customer products by providing a high level of support and service.
Assist, when needed, in validating costs and pricing with Purchasing, Customer Service, and Engineering to coordinate and maintain accurate pricing for our customer base.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree inElectrical Engineering ,Mechanical Engineering ,Automotive Engineering , or related fields.
A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
3+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working Experience:
Strong understanding ofelectric vehicle systems , includingbattery technology ,charging solutions ,vehicle design , andEV market trends .
Minimum of3-5 yearsof experience in business development or sales engineering, with a strong focus on theelectric vehicle (EV)orautomotiveindustry.
Hands-on experience with EV technologies, charging infrastructure, battery solutions, or similar related fields is highly desirable.
