Job Brief: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to spearhead our export sales initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and expanding the presence of our brands in international markets, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with overseas partners.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential markets and assess the demand for our products internationally.
• Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to enter new markets and expand the company's global footprint.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
• Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed export sales targets.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations with international clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
• Compliance: Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities for senior management.
Requirements and Skills: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in export sales or international business development within the FMCG sector.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
• Skills: • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Remuneration: The average salary is between RM 3,500 and RM 4,500 per month.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, and there will also be performance-based incentives.
