Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive we are looking for is a strategic professional responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence. This individual would serve as the primary liaison between the organization and potential clients, partners, or investors, fostering relationships and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.

; Requirements:-


-Direct the business development activities of the organisation and drives the new business for the company.


-Work closely in creating and implementing strategic business development plan to position the firm with targeted clients.


-Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate business development ideas.


-Identifying and winning major projects, developing intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.


-Manage all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating and closing.


-Monitor and track business development activities.


-Research clients, market trends, and background information associated with business development efforts.


-Maintains and updating Client's List and Prospect List


-Minimum 3 years working experience preferably commercial sales, contract furniture or related industry.


-Good leadership and ability to communicate at all levels.


-Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.


-Effective communication in Malay and English including verbal and written.


-Mandarin will be an added advantage.


-Positive attitude, self-motivated and willingness to learn.


-Problem solver with high resilience.


-Possess valid driving license and willing to travel domestically.


-Willing to work in retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
