Business Development Executive

Details of the offer

Identify potential clients, including key decision-makers within target companies, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity while identify new markets and industries for potential business expansion.
Foster lasting client relationships by understanding their hiring needs, culture, and recruitment challenges, while serving as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategies.
Present and pitch recruitment services to clients, highlighting the value proposition.
Negotiate and finalize contracts and service agreements.
Liaise with business partners to build strong relationships and ensure seamless collaboration for mutual growth and success.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to design and deliver tailored solutions, ensuring consultants fulfill assigned tasks.
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual activity targets.
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed company sales goals.
Monitor and report on sales progress and activities to ensure the business growth.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in business development.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.
