Job DescriptionIdentify and target potential clients within various industries that require robust backup solutions and other IT product services.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of products.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts that clearly outline the service offered, pricing structure, and terms.
Able to assist in quotation generation, order preparation, follow up payment and shipment.
Work closely with the Technical Support Team to ensure deep understanding of the solution and technical aspects.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services, and expand professional connections.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Perform any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Head of Department.
Job RequirementsCandidate with basic knowledge in IT/Software/Hardware is preferred.
Experience selling IT products or services is preferred.
Responsible, self-motivated, and result-oriented with a strong drive towards achieving targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Willing to work hard with a positive attitude and desire towards success.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
