Business Development Executive

Details of the offer

Support the company's domestic and international business activities, including business contract negotiation, drafting, amendments, signing/renewals, and payment collection.
Assist in managing the customer pipeline by screening potential clients, maintaining communication, and overseeing the end-to-end business process.
Gather and support key customer requirements, fostering deep, long-term client relationships.
Help execute sales plans, track and support client needs as they evolve, and assist leaders in driving business results.
Conduct market research and analysis, support new client acquisition, and follow up on new project opportunities and client requirements.
Coordinate with internal sales teams, business units, and cross-functional departments, assisting leaders in task implementation and ensuring seamless completion.
Gather and maintain client satisfaction and service quality feedback throughout business operations.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of business development or account management experience in IT services and solutions. Experience with internet fin-tech is a plus.
Strong insight into the IT industry with the ability to analyze trends and identify opportunities.
Skilled in business opportunity management, sales techniques, and client relationship building.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly, share insights enthusiastically, and negotiate effectively.
Results-oriented with a tenacious, resilient approach to overcoming challenges, a strong sense of accountability, and a drive to succeed.
Ability to work with a closed-loop, results-driven mindset; highly curious, innovative, and open to new ideas and learning.
Dedicated and committed to a hands-on, all-in attitude, with strong independence, flexibility, and a proactive approach suited to dynamic, start-up environments.
Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Willing to travel across regions (APAC & AMEA).
