Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for capitalizing on new market opportunities for SUPA! Your role is to create awareness and drive user acquisition primarily for our Gen AI product.
You will have an aggressive target and be compensated in two ways: base salary and bonuses for goal attainment. This role is a good fit for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in ambiguity and wants to solve problems in the AI space.

ResponsibilitiesDrive awareness and long-term interest in SUPA's AI product offerings.
Plan, lead, and execute initiatives to acquire new users, working closely with the Business Development team and other internal stakeholders.
Execute lead generation strategies that go beyond conventional methods, leveraging diverse channels targeting a broad spectrum of prospects.
Engage prospective users in understanding their unique requirements and address pain points effectively.
Nurture leads through the sales funnel converting prospects into paid clients.
Collaborate closely with the Product and Delivery Teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and meet client expectations.
Communicate feedback and insights gathered from prospective users with internal stakeholders to refine the product messaging, positioning, and roadmap.
QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Relevant experience in a technology startup is preferred.
Proven ability to empathize with, engage and build close trusting relationships with prospective users and partners across the globe.
Ability to identify new opportunities to grow the user base of the product.
Confidently deliver compelling presentations, product demos, sample solutions, and integrations.
Willingness to travel abroad and spend time on the ground with prospective users and partners as and when required.
Friendly, approachable, and great at communicating complex issues to a range of both internal and external stakeholders.
Comfortable driving conversations and acting independently as well as collaboratively.
Curious to learn technical knowledge in machine learning and generative AI.
