Position Overview
Are you a results-driven professional with 2-4 years of experience in consultative sales? Leadership Resources Malaysia is seeking a Client Partner to develop strategic relationships with MNCs and large companies, driving learning and development initiatives with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large corporations and MNCs.
Drive learning and development initiatives tailored to client needs using FranklinCovey and Crucial Learning solutions.
Design and deliver impactful leadership programs and interventions.
Develop compelling business proposals and close deals effectively.
Foster long-term client relationships to ensure sustained growth.
Qualifications:
Experience:2-5 years of corporate sales experience, preferably working with clients from large companies or MNCs. A stable work history and a proven sales track record are essential.
Education:A degree in Business or a related field.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
Proven experience in consultative sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
