Business Development Executive Posting Date : 29 Dec 2024 | Close Date :29 Mar 2025 JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible to develop, promote and penetrate entire Malaysia pet food supply business according to state and area, which includes pet shops, supermarkets, veterinary clinics and petrol stations, etc.Responsibility for key accounts sales performance, debtors aging, and meeting the demands of strategic growth plan for key accounts at his/her team territory.Responsibility for Banking activities, Service Activities, sales performance, debtors aging and meeting the demands of strategic growth plan for his/her sales territory.
This will involve both serving the needs/requirements of Key Customers and developing new business relationships.Deliver key accounts KPIs at his/her team territory i.e.
sales target/budget/debtors aging/market share etc.Monitor, feedback competitor's activities, and act effectively to increase and protect the market share.Ensure customers debtors aging within company target.Work close with sales admin and finance team on invoice or payment discrepancies.Work on market Demand and Supply situation to forecast and allocate stock for key accounts to avoid stock supply shortfall, expired products and over stock.Perform feasibility audit during each shop visit JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 years related experience in Sales, Business Development and Key Account management.Candidate must possess valid driving license class D with able to travel outstationMin Diploma or preferable Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, marketing or equivalentAble to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia JOB SPECIFICATIONS Computer literate with strong analytical skill and result oriented.Effective presentation skills and demonstrate good business acumen.Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Good Team-Work and good Interpersonal Skills Sub Specialization : Sales;Business Development Type of Employment : Permanent Minimum Experience : 1 Year Work Location : Kuala Lumpur Salary Range : RM5500 Per Month If you encounter difficulties, please click here for technical assistance.
