Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients such as individuals, corporate bodies, educational institutions, and government agencies.
Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions to promote AASB's offerings.
Develop proposals, quotations, and contracts for programs (e.g., training, TVET, lifelong learning).
Sales Conversion
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals for AASB services.
Follow up with clients on inquiries, proposals, and project agreements.
Drive enrollments for programs like Malaysian Skills Diploma, corporate training, and consultation services.
CRM Management
Maintain and update client databases using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
Ensure excellent customer relationship management to foster repeat business and referrals.
Sales Reporting
Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Analyze sales performance and provide strategic input for improvement.
Marketing Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Planning
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote AASB's nature of business across multiple channels (B2B and B2C).
Plan and implement marketing campaigns for TVET programs, training workshops, consultation services, and lifelong education.
Content Creation & Branding
Create and distribute engaging content for social media, website, email newsletters, and brochures.
Develop marketing materials such as banners, flyers, videos, and corporate presentations in collaboration with the creative team.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Digital Marketing
Manage AASB's online presence, including website optimization, social media platforms, and paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).
Analyze digital campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
Grow the AASB brand's visibility through SEO and SEM strategies.
Event Management
Plan, organize, and participate in industry events, roadshows, and expos to generate leads.
Organize webinars, seminars, and corporate networking sessions to promote AASB programs.
Market Research & Development
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in training, TVET, and education sectors.
Gather insights on competitors' activities and clients' needs for program enhancement.
