Sales & Profitability Monitor and deliver sales and distribution targets.Assist with account administrative work (e.g. sales orders, invoices, promotional claims, credits, receivables).Track trade spend and trade returns versus budget allocated.Monitor stock inventory and ensure healthy inventory movement at distributor and customer level.Execute and negotiate products/category list with distributor(s) and customer(s).Customer Relationship Develop a strong business relationship with distributor(s) and key customer(s), and be able to influence their decisions.Proactively understand the distributor and direct key customers' needs and propose business solutions to meet Promac and customer requirements.Conduct monthly visitation and business review and follow-up with direct key customer on sales activity, new products, visibility, customer servicing, receivables, and any other matters or products sourcing.Conduct joint business reviews with Distributor and Customer.Operations Excellence Work with distributor(s) & direct key customer(s) on any marketing plan(s) for the whole consecutive year and to work out some joint advertising and promotion plan.Regular store audits to identify areas of improvement.Perform monthly route rides with distributor team(s) and monthly customer visitation.Business Intelligence Reporting (e.g. sales, to update quarterly sales forecast, visitation schedule and sales collection).Interpret sales reports to identify problems and new opportunities. Collect information on the external environment (e.g. competitors' pricing to direct end user and marketing selling price, promotion activity, new products).Propose a trade bundle offer as long as within the set minimum selling price in order to close a sales deal.Conduct post- evaluation analysis to analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities, trade spent/ investment and propose recommendations.Others Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality standard on processes, policies and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) are to be compliance with the Quality Management System.Undertake projects as and when necessary, in line with the business and company's needs.Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution.Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Commerce/ Business studies or any discipline.Minimum 2 years sales experience in Food Service industry (Account/Distributor Management).Strong desire to learn and grow.High determination to drive for results.Strong communication skills.Good interpersonal and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills.Computer literate.Strong selling and negotiation skills.
