Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs with tailored solutions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Supply Chain and Sales teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives, ensuring smooth coordination of efforts for new product launches, market expansion and customer engagement.Sales Optimization: Improve the sales process and provide regular reports on performance metrics to support informed decision-making.Payment Collection: Ensure customer payment collections in timely manner and accurate transactions according to company policies.New Opportunities & Product Development: Collaborate with internal teams to explore new product development and service enhancements.Other Responsibilities: Perform any additional duties as assigned by superiors or Management, as deemed necessary.Minimum Requirements – Education, Working Experiences, Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the industrial or raw materials sector.Strong understanding of metal raw materials markets, industry trends, and customer needs.Possess at least Professional Diploma or Degree in any field.Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship-building and result oriented.Data-driven mindset with a focus on actionable insights.Team player and can work independentlyPossess own transport.Excellent speaking and writing skills in English, Malay & Chinese.
