Key Responsibilities:



-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.


-Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and discover new business prospects.


-Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to potential clients through various communication channels.


-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster referral business.


-Co-partnering with our appointed marketing agencies to create effective promotional materials and campaigns, targeting e-commerce business growth.


-Manage and execute sports and fitness events to promote our brand and products.


-Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

; Requirements:- Qualifications:



-A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, multimedia, or a related field.


-Proven experience in sales and business development, or e-commerce, preferably in the sports or fitness industry (though not required).


-A people-oriented approach with a results-driven and target-focused mindset.


-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


-A passion for learning and a commitment to self-improvement.
