Job Title: Business Development Executive – Upholstery Cleaning & Air Conditioning Services

Location: Petaling Jaya
Job Type: Full-Time/Hybrid

Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. 
 
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and experience in the Upholstery cleaning and HVAC industry. 
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales for our upholstery cleaning and air conditioning services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and commercial markets through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the benefits of our upholstery cleaning and air conditioning services.
• Quotation and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 
Qualifications:
 
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning or HVAC industry. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
• Ability to understand and explain technical services
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide excellent service.
• Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
