Business Development Executive

-The key Job Scopes for our Business Development Executive role are:


-To expand the company's portfolio by identifying and acquiring new accounts


-Pitch company services to prospects to all the industry experts (i.e Property/Building Managers, JMB/MCs, Security Companies etc)


-Prepare business proposals for potential leads or clients


-Build and establish a good business relationship with all our client and partners


-To work closely with our Operations team for execution plans and assist in community's events/campaigns

; Requirements:-


- 0 - 5 years of working experience (fresh graduates with a self-motivated 'hustle' mentality are welcome to apply)


-Willing to travel and must possess own transport


-With tertiary education qualification


-Candidate should be independent, self-motivated, target oriented and eager to learn


-Comfortable with start-Up working environment and mentality


-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word


-Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slide is a plus


-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially


-Energetic, willing to learn, positive attitude and a fighter


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


-Proficient in multiple languages - English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
