Job DescriptionResponsible for overseeing strategic and operational business development efforts.
Identify and create new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and boost revenue.
Attend industry networking events to attract and retain clients.
Engage with potential clients and facilitate their onboarding.
Maintain high-quality customer service by following up with clients regularly.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for business growth.
Update and manage sales, marketing, and business development materials.
Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives.
Work with management to achieve sales targets.
Execute outbound campaigns to generate sales leads.
Provide support for various team tasks as needed.
Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
Must have a professional and neat appearance.
Excellent networking and customer service abilities, with strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Passionate about establishing and nurturing relationships.
Proficient in conducting detailed market research and identifying business prospects.
Positive mindset towards challenges and adept at working effectively under pressure.
Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities, with efficient task prioritization skills.
Skilled at maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
Team player with strong collaborative skills.
Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in using computers.
Must have own transportation and be open to traveling.
