Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Assist in creating and delivering sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to promote products/services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with client needs.
Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes in SR Two pipeline database.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Support the Business Development Manager in achieving sales targets and other strategic goals.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
Ability to meet Target Sales Requirement (TSR) on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Basic understanding of the company's products/services and market.
Knowledgeable in IT, IoT (Smart Technologies), Network Infrastructure, and Security (Electronic, Physical, and Cybersecurity).
Educational and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Other Requirements:
Must have own transportation.
