Business Development Executive

Overview
Promotes and sells company's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
Proactively identify opportunities/new sales leads, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, follow up, and monitor closely to win deals.
Execute sales plan and strategy, participate in and conduct various levels of events/meetings/CME.
Inform customers/healthcare professionals of the latest updates on products, services, and prices.
Create and maintain a customer database.
Investigate and assess the market, reacting to competition to maintain company product market share.
Assist and add value to the daily work of healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, users).
Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree or above.
Good command of English and Malay.
At least 1-3 years of sales experience.
Experience in the medical device/consumables industry is preferred.
