Job DescriptionIdentify and target potential clients within various industries that require robust backup solutions and other IT products and services.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of products.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts that clearly outline the services offered, pricing structure, and terms.
Assist in quotation generation, order preparation, and follow up on payment and shipment.
Work closely with the Technical Support team to ensure a deep understanding of the solution and technical aspects.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services and expand professional connections.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Perform any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Head of Department.
Job RequirementsBasic knowledge in IT/Software/Hardware is preferred.
Experience selling IT products or services is preferred.
Responsible, self-motivated, and result-oriented with a strong drive towards achieving targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Willing to work hard with a positive attitude and desire for success.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
