Business Development Executive (Manufacturing) - Up To 6K Basic

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will report directly to the General Sales Manager and take a proactive approach to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. This role involves engaging with existing distributors and potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online meetings. Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and distributors will be essential to ensuring ongoing business success.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with distributors and new customers to follow up on orders, operations, and new business initiatives.Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers, monitor competition, and stay updated on industry trends; make cold calls to explore business opportunities.Compile and generate reports on distributor stock holdings and sales data to assist the commercial teams in their follow-ups.Collaborate with internal teams on ordering and logistics to ensure timely and complete deliveries.Communicate marketing promotions and sales activities effectively to all customers via calls and emails.Maintain regular communication with distributor sales representatives to gather feedback and report progress to the General Sales Manager.Track sales activities and manage documentation related to ROI and advertising & promotional claims; coordinate reimbursement from distributors for activities undertaken.Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing or business development.Proven track record in selling FMCG and/or consumer electronic products.Hands-on experience managing the entire sales process, from planning and lead generation to closing.Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, as liaising with counterparts in China is essential.
