Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile sales professional capable of performing both "farmer" and "hunter" roles. This individual will have a background in enterprise IT solution sales and will be responsible for supporting revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the development of existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telco enterprise sector under the guidance of senior sales managers.
Contribute to maintaining a robust sales pipeline through strategic planning and market analysis.
Client Acquisition and Development:Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients to understand their business needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with tailored solutions to address their specific challenges.
Account Management:Support the management of a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular account reviews to identify additional sales opportunities and ensure the delivery of value-added services.
Assist in negotiating and closing deals, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnership.
Market and Industry Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the telco sector.
Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to ensure our offerings meet market demands.
Job RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in enterprise IT solution sales (applications).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and supporting revenue growth.
Experience in both "farmer" and "hunter" sales roles, with the ability to balance account management and new business development.
Basic understanding of the telco industry and enterprise sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
