This role focuses exclusively on indoor sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and managing client inquiries remotely, without direct field visits.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate and qualify leads.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through email, phone, and online communication.
Present products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing customer needs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, tailored to client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and offerings.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
