3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the media advertising industry.
Strong understanding of various media platforms (digital, print, broadcast, etc.)
and advertising solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach Present and sell marketing solutions to prospective clients, tailoring proposals to meet clients needs B.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met C. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to create compelling advertising solutions Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities D. Pitch Deck Development and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximise profitability while meeting client expectations Close sales deals and ensure smooth handover to the account management team E. Reporting and Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward sales goals F. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing efforts.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of overall sales strategies Coordinate team outputs to ensure that contract deliverables are met G. Growth and Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in sales strategies and processes Experiment with new platforms, tools, and techniques to drive sales and growth H. Professional Representation: Represent the company professionally while engaging clients and at industry events as needed Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, media contacts, and industry influencers Personal Attributes: Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
