-At least Diploma or Degree.-Basic understanding on tenancy terms and clauses. Competent with using excel, words and power point.-Ability to read and understand tenancy agreement basic clauses and terms.-Fast leaner and well serve in updating tenancy data in PMS system-Good in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia-Independent and self-motivated.
