Business Development Lead

The key Job Scopes for our Business Development Lead/Head of Business Development role are:
To expand the company's portfolio by identifying and acquiring new accounts.
To develop in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
Pitch company services to prospects, including industry experts (i.e. Property/Building Managers, JMB/MCs, Security Companies, etc).
To set sales strategy, promotional packages, and prepare business proposals for potential leads or clients.
Build and establish a good business relationship with all our clients and partners.
To lead, build, manage, and guide the Business Development team to achieve the company's goals and targets.
To work closely with our Operations team for execution plans and assist in community events/campaigns.
Job RequirementsMinimum 5 years of working experience.
Willing to travel and must possess own transport.
With tertiary education qualification.
Candidate should be independent, self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and management skills.
Comfortable with a Start-Up working environment and mentality.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Energetic, willing to learn, positive attitude, and a fighter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
