Business Development (Retail) - Senior Executive/Assistant ManagerOversee the end-to-end leasing process, including negotiations, contract preparation, and renewals, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to attract exhibitors/tenant for temporary promotions and events at the premises.
Identify, source, and secure potential tenants through research and outreach.
Plan and execute promotional activities, collaborating with external parties, including government entities, as required.
Prepare, review, and finalize leasing and licensing documents with the legal department as needed.
Ensure timely processing of payments and refunds by coordinating with the finance team on financial matters.
Manage and update tenant databases while coordinating and leading meetings and site visits.
Monitor tenant renovation and installation projects, ensuring necessary approvals from internal departments.
Address tenant feedback and enhance retail experiences to achieve business development objectives.
Education / Professional Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Property/Real Estate Management or equivalent or hold any professional certificates.
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years' of experience in leasing/business administration or a related role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
