Business Development Manager/Associate

The Business Development Associate will support the organization's growth by identifying new business opportunities, sourcing potential sponsors and partners, and driving revenue aligned with the company's service offerings.
This role focuses on building relationships, presenting tailored sponsorship packages, and exploring new markets in line with company goals.
The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and skilled at uncovering opportunities that align with our company's vision.
Job DescriptionIdentify and research new business opportunities that align with the company's service offerings.
Build a pipeline of potential sponsors and partners across various industries.
Assist in developing and presenting sponsorship packages and business proposals tailored to the needs of prospects.
Conduct outreach to prospective clients, schedule meetings, and deliver compelling presentations to secure sponsorships or business deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand deliverables and ensure smooth execution of business agreements.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Maintain and update a database of leads and sponsorship activities, tracking progress using CRM tools.
Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Provide insights and feedback from the market to improve sponsorship packages and business development strategies.
Support initiatives to increase client retention and loyalty through added value and excellent service.
Job Requirements1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or sponsorships, preferably in media, entertainment, or events.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and sponsors effectively.
Proactive and goal-driven with a strong sense of ownership over tasks and results.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
