Business Development Manager (CNC Machine)Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of CNC machinery and related products to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications to clients.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, highlighting sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Customer Support: Collaborate with the technical support team to address customer inquiries, provide technical assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Training and Development: Provide training to the sales team on new products, sales techniques, and industry developments.
Job Requirement:Candidates possess at least SPM/STPM, Diploma/Bachelor's degree or above.
A technical background in CNC machinery is preferred.
Proven at least7 years' experiencein sales management,preferably in the CNC machinery industryor related fields.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel in Malaysia and overseas as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events or trade shows and training inTaiwan or China .
Fluent in Mandarin as the training will be conducted inMandarin .
Candidates who speak another language along with English and Mandarin will be added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients.
Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex machinery products.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
