About the Role
We seek a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Southeast Asia.
In this full-time role, you will focus on developing key accounts, acquiring new customers, and achieving $5M+ in annual sales within the served market.
You will also play a vital role in promoting our product and service offerings, building strong customer relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing and executing annual Work and Account Plans to achieve or exceed sales and margin goals.
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key accounts to drive growth.
Identifying and acquiring new target accounts to expand market reach.
Conducting technical solution presentations and communicating product benefits to customers.
Collaborating with internal teams (Inside Sales, Engineering, Operations) to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions aligned with market trends.
Leading business development initiatives and strategic planning efforts.
Staying informed about competitor activities and industry developments.
Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5–10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in sales.
Proven success in selling to refining, petrochemical, midstream, or downstream gas processing markets.
Familiarity with custom manufacturing equipment and project proposals.
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is a plus.
Experience in contract negotiations and strategic planning (preferred).
Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
A willingness to travel up to 50% across Southeast Asia.
