We are seeking for an energetic, motivated individual to join our dynamic, responsible and fun team. The person will spearhead our growth initiatives in Malaysia and Singapore. This role is critical in expanding our presence, retaining existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the region.
Business Development Manager
Job Objective: Drive Project Acquisition and ClosureStrategize, plan, and execute business growth initiatives to meet sales targets and expand our customer base in Malaysia and SingaporeSeek out, respond and win project tenders Provide customer service and support to new and existing customersCreate and send winning quotations and proposals to RFQsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.Lead the team in areas of sales and marketingArticulate and present value propositions effectively through proposals and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.Lead the preparation of Project sales and purchases documentsTrack customers' request and ensure follow up.Track payment status and follow up with outstanding payments from customersTabulate and compile sales leads Coordinate and liaise internally/ externally to execute sales proceedings Respond to customers in a timely manner with emails, quotes, materials and brochures etc.The person will provide leadership to the team based on candidate's experience.
Job requirements: Diploma or DegreeIndependant and Highly InitiativeGood team player and sales service oriented.Highly motivated and Passionate about sales.Able to start within short notice or immediately is advantageous.1 year experience in construction industry, or commercial solutions advantageous.
