The incumbent should possess good interpersonal relationship with his/her customer (internal & externals) and act as a bridge between various internal company departments. He/she should have detailed monthly visitation and planned activities. This position will contribute to the completion of all strategies and initiatives planned for the Partnership Distribution Sales. This person will ensure the task of sales, administration and support for Takaful Sakinah will be carried with the objective of meeting the service standards and company's target.
To assist the team leader for Takaful Sakinah to achieve the agreed Sakinah target.
To manage new business and renewal of Takaful Sakinah.
Attending to all/any enquiries regarding proposal/certificate enquiry status for Takaful Sakinah.
Assist in sales campaign to tellers and states, reports coordination, dissemination in timely manner.
Schedule visitations to branches nationwide.
Work closely with operational and support teams to ensure maximum value is derived from all promotional and incentive activities.
End-to-end process of on-boarding, operational and claim, surrender, cancellation matters.
To conduct daily checking, escalating and closing any cases from BSN Takaful Sakinah mailbox.
Assist in customer campaign flyer readiness and campaign report.
End-to-end process communication and customer service related to Takaful Sakinah.
Prepare monthly marketing communication and visuals for bulletins.
To act as a bridge between BSN's and internal department PICs in ensuring 100% implementation of agreed marketing strategies and prudent management.
Involve in digital media initiative, creative and visual preparation for bulletin including testimonial and working together with bank.
To ensure full participation of Takaful activities at regional and state levels with involvement from all related parties (BSN's HWMS, branch front liners (BSN tellers) and sales team).
To assist Regional Head in managing strong relationships with BSN PICs in States JPC Department.
Responsible for Takaful Sakinah products presentation and awareness activities.
To assist Regional Head and Business Development Managers in monitoring periodic sales performance review and report with timely delivery of sales report.
Assist to prepare test script and as main tester of new product launch or enhancement.
To manage welcome call feedbacks and address detractors cases.
