The incumbent should possess good interpersonal relationships with his/her customers (internal & external) and act as a bridge between various internal company departments. He/she should have detailed monthly visitation and planned activities which spread throughout his/her region and meet/exceed customers' expectations at all times.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Regional Head to achieve the agreed Regional Advisory target.
Attend to all/any inquiries regarding proposal/certificate inquiry status for Advisory central region (KL), including Credit and Sakinah Schedule visitations to branches in Central region (KL).
Work closely with operational and support teams to ensure maximum value is derived from all promotional and incentive activities.
Act as a bridge between BSN's and internal department PICs in ensuring 100% implementation of agreed marketing strategies and prudent management.
Ensure full participation of Takaful activities at regional and state levels with involvement from all related parties (BSN's HWMS, branch front liners (BSN tellers), and sales team).
Assist Regional Head in managing strong relationships with BSN PICs and specialists with zero complaints on service quality and delivery. Responsible for any credit/advisory products presentation and awareness activities.
Follow up and revert to any emails sent by BSN PIC regarding Advisory/Credit and Sakinah matters.
