The Role
Job Description:As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to manage the end-to-end acquisition process from lead generation to conducting needs analysis to closing the sales.
You will then be required to manage the accounts on an ongoing basis and will be managing medium to long sales lead times and providing a complete solution to suit customer's business requirements.
Ideal Profile
What we need :
7-10 Years of experience in Business Development and sales experience with Staffing & Recruitment Industry.
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and market trends, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Bringing in out-of-the-box solutions to the table.
Identify or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
Create potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
