Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving the growth of our business through securing new tenancy and service contracts, establishing strong client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle.
You will work closely with senior management, clients, and internal teams to expand our car park management services and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:Proven success in negotiating service and tenancy contracts
Minimum 3 years' experience in property leasing/property management environment
Established network of contacts within property sector
Successful track record in securing new tenancy contracts
Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Able to work independently to achieve predetermined KPI's

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or Management or Property and Facility Management
Effective skills using Microsoft suite of programs.
Ability to fluently speak, read and write in English is required
Self-confident and well presented
