He/she should have detailed monthly visitation and planned activities which spread throughout his/her region and meeting/exceeding customers' expectations at all times.Responsibilities include:
Assisting Regional Head to achieve the agreed Regional Advisory target.
Attending to all/any enquiries regarding proposal/certificate enquiry status for Advisory central region (KL) including Credit and Sakinah schedule visitations to branches in Central region (KL).
Working closely with operational and support teams to ensure maximum value is derived from all promotional and incentive activities.
Acting as a bridge between BSN's and internal department PICs in ensuring 100% implementation of agreed marketing strategies and prudent management.
Ensuring full participation of Takaful activities at regional and state levels with involvement from all related parties (BSN's HWMS, branch front liners (BSN tellers) and sales team).
Assisting Regional Head in managing strong relationships with BSN PICs and specialists with zero complaints on service quality and delivery.
Responsible for any credit/advisory products presentation and awareness activities.
