The primary responsibility of theBusiness Development Manager South East Asia - Oscilloquartz (OSA)will be to develop the Time & Sync PNT Business in the region to support OSA's growth strategy, winning large/innovative projects and accounts. You will also be responsible for analyzing and structuring potential Time & Sync PNT use cases and providing market feedback to align OSA's strategic direction.
Development of sales/business with Telecom, defense, government, Aerospace, Enterprise, etc.
Responsible for OSA Time & Sync/PNT business development in the region.
Strengthen the leading position of the company as Time & Sync/PNT market leader and its reputation for excellence.
Ensure the sale and promotion of products and services.
Manage a regional network of Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
Ensure the implementation, coordination, and support of an active and effective network of VARs.
Ensure the implementation of the strategy of launching new products.
Ensure the exploration of new PNT projects, customers, and in the specified markets.
Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:
Demonstrable experience in Sales/Business Development at an international level in the defense, government, and aerospace industries in the South East Asia Region, ideally with expertise in Time & Sync technology and PNT.
Proven leadership skills in a Sales/Business Development role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills and business awareness.
Team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Hard worker, fully committed with a passion to win.
Good English skills, both spoken and written.
Success Criteria:
Order entry.
Interworking with teams in Adtran APAC, OSA, and at Headquarters.
Bi-directional and regular communication to Adtran sales and corporate organizations.
