Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at client organizations.
Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
Present and demonstrate InfoConnect's solutions to prospective clients and partners, effectively showcasing their value and impact.
Actively manage the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with a hunter mindset to seek and seize new opportunities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product improvements.
Represent InfoConnect at conferences, meetings, and other industry events to build relationships and strengthen our market presence.
Job RequirementsQualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software or information management solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong network of industry decision-makers.
Adept at solution sales, with the ability to understand client needs, tailor solutions, and effectively communicate value propositions.
Deep understanding of channel-centric go-to-market strategies and experience working with channel partners.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment.
