Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to penetrate new markets and expand our business footprint in the Chinese market.
This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of market trends, customer relationship building, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities Expand and develop the assigned region or territory (China) by converting leads into clients and establishing strong business relationships with both new and existing partners.
Proactively engage trading professionals across various social and professional platforms, forums, blogs, and communities to onboard them as clients or partners.
Identify and utilize the most efficient local marketing channels to effectively promote the company and its products.
Support the onboarding process for trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners, ensuring a seamless user experience in collaboration with the customer support team.
Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to create and refine necessary sales and marketing materials.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing partners, while actively working on client and partner retention and reactivation.
Negotiate partnership terms aligned with the company's rebate structures.
Monitor and optimize the performance of affiliates and partners, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
Conduct market and competitor analysis regularly, providing insights and feedback on the customer journey to the management team.
Adhere to regulatory requirements and uphold the company's policies and ethical standards with due diligence.
Represent the company at conferences and business meetings as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications Preferred Experience : Background in the FX/CFD or online trading industry is highly desirable.
Language Skills : Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese is essential, along with fluent English.
Candidates with professional experience or networks in the region will be prioritized.
Education : A Bachelor's degree is required, with preference given to those holding a Master's degree in disciplines such as Accounting, Business, Management, Economics, or Marketing.
Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Proven ability to influence and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
