Business Development Manager with Malay (or Bahasa)Workster partners with an award-winning multi-licensed broker who offers online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices and is seeking to onboard a Business Development Manager based anywhere in Malaysia.
Your Role
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Identifying new business opportunities
Negotiating and closing deals
Achieving sales targets
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Conducting market research
Providing insights to enhance our competitive position.
Your Qualifications
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Fluent in Malay or Bahasa (C1) and English (C1)
Portfolio of active FX clients with the ability to rapidly expand the network
Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets
Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proven experience within Forex (3-4 years and own active portfolio of clients)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
