Business Development (MLM) Malay Market Assistant ManagerThe company plans to expand into the Malay market in 2025 and seeks candidates with experience and knowledge in entering and developing this market.
Deliver engaging and informative presentations on health products, including product training sessions and health talks.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, to promote health products and increase sales.
Coordinate and execute online and in-person events, training programs, and social media-related activities.
Manage digital platforms and mobile applications, ensuring content accuracy and functionality to support distributors and customers.
Assist in planning and executing company events, training sessions, and other promotional activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Travel locally and internationally, including weekends, to support events and training sessions as required.
Perform additional tasks or ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or related fields.
2-5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or training, particularly in face-to-face engagements.
Prior experience as a distributor in the MLM or health food industry is an advantage.
Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire audiences.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (both written and spoken).
Self-motivated, independent, and capable of conducting events and training sessions.
Willingness to travel on weekends and public holidays if required.
