Business Development Representative

We are looking for Business Development Representative to join our team.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting, leveraging tools like LinkedIn and other innovative channels.Voice of the Future: Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our groundbreaking software solutions. Show them how our technology can transform their business!Relationship Building: Nurture and develop long-term relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that lead into sales. Growth Hacker: Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth. Your insights will help shape the future of customer experience Requirements: Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Sales, IT or a related field Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the software or IT industry Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and closing deals Keen to learn about our technology and industry, with the ability to quickly grasp and apply new informationOutstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay
