Business Development-Seller Onboarding

Team and Role Introduction:
We are currently hiring a Business Development Seller Onboarding Analyst.
We are offering a flexible schedule, a casual yet fun work environment, and other benefits.
We are looking for a computer-savvy, fast-typing analyst to join our team, who will act as a liaison between our company and its current and potential sellers.
This role aims to assist Lazada sellers in uploading and managing seller SKUs, ensuring data accuracy and products go live within the given timeline to ensure sellers have a good experience.
Responsibilities:
Follow up and ensure required documents are uploaded by new sellers to ensure a smooth registration and onboarding process on Lazada.
Communicate with sellers to ensure they go live by uploading SKUs.
Transfer and upload accurate products, contents, and images in the Lazada Seller Profile as provided directly by sellers.
Verify and confirm all data accuracy diligently before products go live.
Edit and add additional data and products for Lazada's existing sellers.
Maintain communication to ensure seller GoLive.
Contribute to team efforts and accomplish KPIs and organizational missions by completing related results as needed.
Job Requirements:
Requirements/Qualifications (must have):
1.
Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
2.
Organizational skills, quick typing skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
3.
Basic photo editing and Photoshop skills.
4.
Good track record.
Working experience in the related field is an advantage for this position.
5.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
6.
SPM(O)' Level/Diploma/Advanced/Higher or equivalent.
7.
