Job DescriptionJob Summary:
Responsible for managing key client relationships and supporting business growth through regular reviews and operational planning, and auditing customer policies and sales performance to optimize and enhance company sales strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular business reviews with elite clients on a weekly and monthly basis, jointly developing improvement plans for differentiated customers with the regional team.
Manage strategic partner clients by developing monthly operational plans, managing daily orders, addressing sales issues, stock returns, and other tasks.
Provide support for each respective region's Key Account (KA) business and operation by providing, supporting and driving development plans, which align with headquarters' business unit plans to drive growth and maximize revenue.
Review, evaluate and approve regional team expenses to ensure funds are utilized efficiently and within the budget.
Review, evaluate, and approve non-promotional customer policies by auditing discrepancies between the client's current sales performance, historical sales data, and competitors' sales policies to continuously improve and optimize the company's sales policies.
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job RequirementsMust possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in related field (experience in frontline channel sales is preferred).
A good understanding of frontline brand sales policies.
Good client management skills, familiar with operation plan reports, and strong negotiation skills.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Mandarin is mandatory as it is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
Strong planning, data analysis, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment.
