Position Purpose
The role is to work in the Sales department to improve the performance and partner experience across entire partner lifetime journey from acquisition, onboarding, retention to nurturing.
What is your mission?
Responsible for developing a solid and trusting relationship with partners in the SEA market (Particularly Vietnam Market). Responsible for acquiring quality partner in the market and onboarding that partner smoothly to our partner management system. Responsible for complying partner tier policy whilst maintaining the partner acquisition performance. Single point of contact for all partner business. Handle complaints from partners in accordance with established internal policies and deliver compliance approved responses to partner when requested. Responsible for professional, sound, healthy communication, and relationship with partner. Responsible for improving partner business in terms of sales volume, net fee revenue and active number of customers under partner in the market. Responsible for proper partner business planning in quarterly basis and execute agreed strategy to grow market. Work closely with fintech marketing, product manager and local conversion/retention team to drive partner business growth. Educate and train client service representatives to adhere to established company policies guidelines and procedures to meet the obligations set out in compulsory literature and internal library. Develop procedures that would contribute to the improvement of the client journey and improve client satisfaction ratings Work with other internal stakeholders within Client Experience to ensure optimal productivity performance and development of a client centric culture. Who are we looking for? 3-5 years of work experience in business development / account management / sales environment with specific participation in a B2C or B2B setup. Strong commercial acumen with experience in brief business competitor analysis and ability to be proactive in maintaining business relationships. As this is a sales position, we are looking for individuals who are used to working in a number-driven performance environment and experience in achievements in any sales targets would be ideal. Strong communication skills in English and other supporting languages (Vietnamese, Thai, Mandarin) to support the SEA markets.Comfortable working in a rapidly transitioning environment in an organisation.
