Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CEO and Senior Management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Align business operations with the organization's long-term vision and goals.
Work closely with the COO to oversee the company's operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze financial reports and metrics to make sound business decisions.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure that targets are met across the organization.
Perform other duties assigned by the CEO, to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant business management role, preferably within the retail industry.
Strong data analysis skills, along with experience in data analysis and budget management.
Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
