As a Business/Finance Intern at Agmo RedSquare latest e-Invoicing product, JomeInvoice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and finance-related activities. You will be an integral part of our team, assisting in various tasks to support our day-to-day operations and contribute to our growth strategy. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Lead Generation:
-Research and identify potential leads within target industries and markets.
-Utilize various channels such as online platforms, social media, and industry events to generate leads.
-Sales Support:
-Assist in the preparation of sales materials and documents, including presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
-Participate in sales meetings with large corporate clients, observing and learning from experienced team members.
-Conduct pre-sales calls to gather client requirements and address initial inquiries.
-Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion and customer acquisition.
-Finance-related Activities:
-Assist in the preparation of financial documents, such as quotations, invoices, and financial reports.
-Support the finance team in analyzing financial data and generating insights to support decision-making processes.
-Gain exposure to financial planning and forecasting processes, contributing ideas and observations as appropriate.
-Communication and Coordination:
-Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for sales presentations and client meetings.
-Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of tasks.

-Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
